FUKDA Tongqing factory plans to invest 150,000,000RMB, and will be finished in 3 stages before 2010. It will have yearly capacity of 12,000,000 pieces SMT and upper assembly, 25,000,000 pieces shell, and 30,000,000 pieces LCD and touch screens.

The factory has 4 workshops with total area of 12,000 m 2, one for SMT and testing room, one for assembly and package, one for office and storehouse, the last one for LCD workshop. It is seized of 3 worker dorms and can accommodate 2,000 workers.

As to SMT workshop, we arrange 12 production lines with the daily capacity from 36,000 to 60,000. And 3 production lines have been taken into use with daily capacity of 8,000 to 12,000.

Buildup of SMT line:

1). Two lines: MPM2000 imprinter, NXT M3 sticker and XP243 multi-functional machine.

2). One line: MPM2000 imprinter, XP143X2 and XP243 stitches.

Buildup of testing line:

We program 22 multi-functional testing machines with monthly capacity of 300,000 pieces. And we have 8960 and CMU200 testing machines with the amount of 6 and 8 respectively. Their total monthly capacity: 25K~30K pieces.

There are 10 assembly lines (32m) and 1 package line (20m) in assembly & package workshop. The daily capacities can reaches 10,000~15,000 pieces. And the capacity can expand according to the customers demand.

Our factory still has remnant capacity for other cooperators and welcome to review and instruction.
